Edgar

I had originally titled this “Smoke Break”. I found out that the man in photo passed away yesterday and I have changed the title. I didn’t know him, I saw him there and liked the scene and asked him if I could make a photo. RIP Edgar Bounds.

Good witch

Lady taking a break in Johnson Square in Savannah, GA on halloween.

Dave with Hemingway

Dave had the idea for the photo. HDR + B&W on the background.

Amanda

Young lady that came out to model for the strobist group tonight.

Buffy

While I had the strobe and umbrella out Buffy was watching so I shot her! Nice of her to go sit by the mola pillow.

Mike (147/365)

My friend from high school in town for the weekend.

Kim (141/365)

My sister, in town for a visit.

Getting ready to race (84/365)

Marc Muzzo in his Ferrari before the Ferrari Challenge at the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, March 24th, 2012.

Scott

Saw this guy hanging out at the Starbucks Sunday morning while I was doing the Scott Kelby worldwide photowalk in St. Pete. Thought he looked pretty cool and asked him if I could take his photo. We chatted for a while. Nice guy, he rides a Harley.

John trying to look evil

He was trying to look evil, and I was trying to doing something silly with those two lights. Got neither evil nor silly I think but I like it.

Aylen

Aylen was one of the models at the Strobist group meetup last night. Shot with SB-900 on camera aimed to the left and bounced off a small reflector.

The Horny Beast and the Snow Queen

A couple of shots I took at the Bay Area Renaissance Festival. Lots of great photo opportunities there!

Salty Character

Lady that takes your money at the fishing pier. I like her attitude and the light was good so I tried out my “Can I take your photo?” on her.
